*US orders : Return prepaid label is not available for your country. Shipping and custom fees are on you. If you didn't pay for custom fees once the parcel is received here in Canada, the amount will be deducted from the refund amout.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

•  For the holiday season, from November 15th to December 24th, exchanges or refunds are possible up to January 15th. Please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted during Black Friday (November 28–29) and Boxing Day (December 26). For purchases carried out at another moment, the delay is 14 days. It is possible to exchange only once during the 14 days period. Thus, if an order contains more than one item to be returned, they must all be returned in the same shipment.
• Items must be unworn and with tags attached in their original packaging (watches must have the protective plastic film on the glass). All products will be inspected before any exchange or refund.
• FINAL SALE : gift with purchase, charity products, earring backings, clearance, cleaning products, gift boxes and gift cards. These products cannot be returned.
  
• PURCHASE FROM A DISTRIBUTOR : items must be returned to the original point of purchase. We do not accept returns made through a distributor.
  
• PURCHASE ON AMAZON : MIA doesn't accept returns for purchases of our products made on Amazon.

EXCHANGES

STEPS:

• Fill out and print the return form (to include in your return).
• Get a prepaid label to return your package (if your order is elligible to get one).
• Once we'll have proceed your return, a new invoice will be sent to you by email to confirm the new jewelry and to be paid. Once paid, the original purchase will be completly refund. This way, the B2G1 promotion is well applied.
• The discount applied to the original order can only be used once. It cannot be reused for an exchange.
• We cover the return shipping costs for all exchanges (only one free return label per customer).

CONDITIONS

• The receipt is required to apply the warranty
• The product will be inspected to confirm that it is elligible for warranty.
• MIA honors the warranty of jewelry and watches  purchased at regular price for the period indicated below after the date of purchase.
• For manufacturing defects, if repair is possible, we will repair the product for free and if not, defective product will be replaced by a new one.

JEWELRY

A three (3) months warranty is offered when you purchase a regular price piece of jewelry. The warranty starts at the purchase date.

The warranty applies to stones, clasps, hinges, welds and plating.

This warranty doesn't apply to normal wear on jewelry such as scratches, stains and other damage caused by negligence. The warranty becomes voided if the problem is caused by mistreatment, mishandling or any other abuse. 

According to the damage, we will repair your piece for free or exchange it for a new one while it is covered by the warranty.

WATCHES

A one (1) year warranty is offered when you purchase a regular price watch.

The warranty applies to clasps and mechanism only.

For the mechanism, if the case has not been properly closed, the warranty will become voided.

The warranty doesn't apply on glass, wristband and case (or damage caused by cleaning of the case). The warranty becomes voided if the problem is caused by mistreatment, mishandling or any other abuse. 

According to the damage, we will repair your piece for free or exchange it for a new one while it is covered by the warranty.

A three (3) months warranty is offered for the battery.

All exhausted batteries that are elligible for warranty will be replaced for free.

REPAIRS

Once the warranty expired, if your product can be repaired, we will repair it. However, fees apply. 

• 20$+7$ shipping fee + taxes (jewelry & battery)
• 30$+7$ shipping fee + taxes (watch band)
• 35$+7$ shipping fee + taxes (watch case)

BEFORE to send your product for repair, please send a picture of your defective product at info@mia-bijoux.ca so we can confirm that the repair is possible.
