Once in the Mia website, go to the login page and sign up as a new customer. This will allow you to look up your orders, save your delivery address, and also see your points balance in the future.

If you already have an account, go to the login page, enter your e-mail address and password to log in to your account, and you will be able to see your points and rewards, and your order history.

If you have forgotten your password, click on My account tab, and then click on "Forget your password?". Enter your e-mail address and we will e-mail you a new password.

Once your order has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail giving you the order number. A second e-mail will be sent to you indicating your tracking number.

Your order can be modified or cancelled as long as it has not yet been processed. Please contact customer service as soon as possible at info@mia-bijoux.ca.

All orders are shipped from our distribution center within 2 to 3 work days to most major Quebec province. For more details, consult the shipping section of our website.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by mail within 14 days following receipt of your purchase. Simply put the items, unworn and unused, in their original packaging with their original labels, and place them in the reusable Mia envelope that was sent to you. You will need to obtain a return label and fill out the return form. Drop off your parcel at the nearest Canada Post office.

Mia products sold on mia-bijoux.ca are subject to taxes just like in our stores. Sales taxes are calculated according to the provincial and federal laws in effect, as well as the rates applicable to your order minus $7 flat flee. In the case of a refund, we will reimburse the taxes that were charged. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Your billing address (name, address and postal code) must be identical to the information on your credit card statement. We use this information to validate the authenticity of the transaction and payment.

The birthday discount is valid only once, it can not be reapplied on a new product.
